Registration and Accommodation
Early Registration Deadline (for the early registration discount): 30 April 2010
The maximum registration fee is 200€. Furthermore, most participants will qualify for one or more of the following discounts:
- Early registration discount:
- 50€ for those who register and pay before the early registration deadline of 30 April 2010
- Student/disabled discount:
- 50€ for students and for disabled presenters and their helpers
- Committee discount:
- 50€ for participants involved in the conference organizing committee or the international reviewing committee
- Country discount:
- 50€ for residents of Eastern European and economically disadvantaged countries
There is a minimum registration fee of 50€ for participants qualifying for more than three discounts. If you submit your paper for publication but are unable to attend the conference, there is also a mandatory fee of 100€ for inclusion of your abstract and paper in the proceedings.
Registration costs can therefore be calculated as follows:
- 200€ for participants who do not meet any of the above discount criteria
- 150€ for participants who meet any one of the five criteria
- e.g. Students who miss the early registration deadline
- 100€ for participants who meet any two criteria
- e.g. International Reviewing Committee members who meet the early registration deadline
- 50€ for participants who meet three or more criteria
- e.g. Eastern European students who meet the early registration deadline
